Changes In Toronto Canada 2

Adding some pictures and videos from Toronto, taken in Dec 2024. The situation is worse now in March 2025. From what I observe in the area I drove around the city, every street has similar situation. The changes are increasing over time.

In the first picture, the lawn had almost no other plants before, the owner seemingly tried to trim those plants for some time then gave up efforts. The 2 Christmas trees on both sides of its entrance stair are right in front of their 2 windows and completely block all the lights into the house.

In below picture, the lawn had a few plants but with no Christmas trees or bushes. Now, looks the owner has given up effort to clean/trim the plants.

Changes In Toronto Canada

Here are a few examples of how the city of Toronto has changed.

  1. Many houses have been besieged by Christmas trees since a few weeks before Christmas last year. An example is shown in the pictures below (This was a neat house with almost nothing surrounding it before. The tree on the right side was there but it had a main branch and smaller. Those Christmas trees besieging the house are just next to the walls, many are less than 0.2 meters. )

  Original Unmarked picture:

  1. Twisted Trees are all around the city. Trees on the streets are mostly twisted, some without a main branch (showed in below picture), some with extremely twisted branches, almost all with mass amount of small branches and much taller than usual;  some few were straightened, such as below picture on the right side.

  1. A walk on an ordinary street, you can find any below signs everywhere. Also especially showed in the 2 videos.

4. Video 1 and 2 :

A random walk on almost any streets in housing area of Toronto, you will find Christmas Trees besiege houses or block windows or entrance to the house.
